Rules and policies

Skyseal is a free Twelve Sky 2 server for players in Europe. Playing is free. Cash is optional and only buys items in the in-game Item Mall.

Rules

• No cheating. Speed hacks, bots, packet editing and exploiting bugs lead to a ban. Report bugs instead of using them.
• One person, their own accounts. Do not share, sell or buy accounts. We cannot help with an account that was shared.
• No real-money trading of items, gold or characters outside the Cash shop.
• Respect other players. No hate speech, threats or harassment in chat or on community channels.
• Staff never ask for your password or PIN.

Breaking the rules can lead to a temporary or permanent ban. Characters stay on the account during a ban.

Terms

By creating an account you agree to these rules. The service is provided as it is, without a promise that it is always online. We may change game balance, items and events at any time to keep the game fair. Cash has no value outside Skyseal, cannot be exchanged back for money and cannot be moved to another account.

Privacy

We store your account name, email address, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), your game PIN, your characters and the IP address you play from. We use them only to run the game, protect accounts and handle payments. Payments are handled by PayPal; we never see or store card numbers. We do not sell your data. Write to us from your account email to have your account deleted.

Refunds

Cash is delivered to your account right after payment. If a payment went through but no Cash arrived, contact us and we add it by hand. Because Cash is a digital item delivered at once, a purchase cannot be refunded after the Cash has been spent. Unspent Cash can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. If a payment is charged back, the Cash is removed and the account can be suspended.
